Jay, the force behind Swole Initiative, was born in Wales and was raised on Welsh legends and epics. He began his storytelling with Ian Livingstone Choose Your Own Adventure books, his love for the genre and his passion for DnD have forged Jay into the exceptional GM he is today.
His other passion in life is fitness, as a lifelong athlete, Jay has honed his discipline and determination in order to reach heights he could have never imagined. Today he uses the skills he has learned in the gym and in the dungeon to help others reach their full potential, wherever they may be.
Now, as a professional Game Master, Voice Actor, and Master Level Trainer, Jay brings an open platform of positivity and inclusion to both TTRPGs and fitness. Jay is active on many platforms, running live games on the Swole Initiative Network Twitch Channel, offering gaming advice and entertainment on his YouTube channel, and Workout programming on his website www.swoleinitiative.com
