At Geek Grind Coffee we are pioneering "Origin Coffee Production" - We are the Next Generation Seed to Cup coffee company. That means we produce as much as we can with our experts at the source. This delivers much more value back to the farmers and production families in the Colombian mountains and is far more sustainable.
We are also focused on teaching, mentoring and advancing women in coffee at the source. Our factories and production facilities are led by women managers and our many of our farms are run by women who we support and help to grow in their industry.
We have been leaders in the coffee industry in Colombia reaching back to 1980.
Geek Grind Story: Thousands of feet up the mountain slopes breaking through the rising mist off the Cauca River and under the shade of the Jurassic-like plantain trees, you will discover our micro-lot farms in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia. This Eden is where we grow our rich red fruit for the Geek Grind Coffee Company. A refuge from the modern world, the surrounding mountains of Valle del Cauca have, for generations, provided the ideal micro-climate to grow the world's most exceptionally pure coffee. The Geek Grind brand of 100% hand-harvested coffee, the true treasure of these mountains, is inspired and enriched by the beauty of this fertile land and the exacting craftsmanship of its people.
I'm always down for trying new coffee and this had some decent reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at great this coffee is. I can't afford to buy a new bag every month, but I would if I could, its that good.
I also got my first batch at Gen Con '19. It was so good I had trouble sharing with anyone (including myself sometimes) aside from the purest of coffeeholics. Yet the bag is now empty a sad time, Payday cant get here soon enough.
I first bought Geek Grind coffee at Gen Con as I walked past the booth and smelled the delicious aroma. I tasted a few of the coffee beans and knew I had to have some. I am on my third bag now and can't imagine drinking anything else. Geek Grind Coffee you have me for life!!!
